Sunday 8 December, 3-5pm, Festive wreath making

Thanks to the support of the Arts Centre and CNZ, we have been able to offer this workshop at a subisdised rate. Bookings are essential and non-refundable.

This workshop takes place at Rekindle at the Arts Centre, upstairs in the Boys' High Building at 28 Worcester Boulevard.

Join Rekindle for this festive wreath-making workshop and learn how to use tī kōuka / cabbage tree leaves to make a strong and beautiful twine, which we will then transform into a wreath. This can be decorated with different leaves and flowers, and used at any time of year!

This class is suited to adults. One booking per person attending please.
If you have access to fallen/brown tī kōuka / cabbage tree leaves, please bring in as big a bundle as you can! Please soak them first in water overnight if possible, if not longer.

Bookings are essential, non-refundable and non-transferable. We do, however, understand that things come up and try and accommodate people to the best of our ability. This can include moving people to another class or a refund - but please be aware that this is reliant on us filling the original spot.

This is because all of our pricing, and our efforts to keep costs as low as possible while still paying the tutors a fee commensurate with their experience and allowing them to cover the costs of living, is based on running these classes with a certain number of participants.
