Monday 28 January, 6-8pm, Learn to carve chopsticks at The Arts Centre

This workshop is held in our workshop, which is located upstairs in the Boys’ High building at 28 Worcester Boulevard.

Learn to carve your own chopsticks! Using some local wood and a knife you’ll make some beautiful chopsticks you can treasure and use. Perhaps these might even travel with you and replace disposable chopsticks.

A new workshop by Juliet Arnott. A new skill you’ll have for life.

Suitable for age 10 & over. Young people between 10-16 years will need an adult supervising them one-on-one during the session.

There are 6 places available in this workshop and booking is essential, and non-refundable.

The price covers a portion of the: tutor's wage, workshop rent, materials & the labour to collect them, tools & their maintenance, electricity, insurance & other overheads. We are working to keep workshop prices as low as we possibly can.
