About this experience

We are very excited to host this club for those who share a love for basket weaving and want to spend time weaving together. Basket Club is for those of you who have attended one of our basket making workshops so you can come back, practice and refresh your skills! We invite you to join us for weaving and weaving related inspiration. 


Please note, these sessions are for those who have previously attended one of our basket weaving workshops. Please bring your own weaving project to work on, we will provide some soaked tī kōuka leaves to practice on also.


Cancellation


Bookings are Non-refundable 


If for any reason (this includes illness, COVID, travel delays and injuries) you need to cancel your workshop, you will receive a refund minus a $30 administration fee. This is provided you contact us at least 14 full days before your booking

Diana Duncan joined Rekindle as a tutor in 2019. She is a weaver and string maker who focuses on using locally abundant foraged materials, such as tī kōuka, willow, ivy and blackberry. Inspired by the wealth of materials that grow all around us, Diana enjoys exploring the natural world, creating useful items with what is provided so generously by nature. Through doing so, she'd aims to develop a deeper connection to this place and to others.
